Please join me in extending a warm welcome to one of our newest clients – RSVP of Rock County, located in Beloit, Wisconsin. This organization, headed up by Robert Harlow, Executive Director, is a perfect example of the tremendous accomplishments which can be achieved by an enthusiastic, dedicated staff. A member of the program for less than 60 days as of this posting date, they have already sent in 8 boxes of used cell phones. They accomplished this by getting out the word to their  communities – one of the first things they did was to get an article published in their local newspaper, complete with photo, in which they described the goals and objectives of the program, and the benefits of participating in the program.
