Clients are definitely responding to the challenge which was placed to them in regard to the 4^th quarter challenge.  At the time of this writing, at least half of the $25.00 bonus prizes are accounted for.  If your organization is still seriously pursuing this goal, time is growing short for these bonuses.  However, that does not mean that the overall quantity objectives are out of reach for anybody.  Remember, all phones are accepted for your count, with the exception of obviously broken (2 pieces) or bag phones.  And don’t let the lack of a back or battery stop you – those are still acceptable phones.  I had a conversation with a client this morning who was worried about sending in phones with no backs.  No problem – and if you happen to have a home charger to go along with it, send that along as well.  We send out our 911 phones with batteries and chargers, so every  battery or charger we don’t have to purchase helps to make the program that much more efficient.
